We are looking for a tenured SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Consultant with at least 3 years of experience to join our SAP Gold-Certified Customer Experience team in Colombia.
- Proven SAP CRM functional experience that includes extensive business process knowledge in areas such as sales, marketing, and analytics.
- SAP C4C Sales Solution experience that includes working knowledge of lead, opportunity, quote, account, and contact management.
- SAP C4C experience with ID mapping for integration and code list mapping.
- Proven track record with functional design based on the business requirements to convert to project deliverables.
- Strong understanding of C4C UI Concepts (screen configuration, layouts, business roles, and other concepts).
- Minimum of 3 years of design, development, customizations, and implementation experience with SAP.
- At least 3 years of experience on SAP C4C platforms (Sales and Services).
- Proven history with at least 2 full life cycle SAP C4C implementation project successfully completed.
- Ability to work together with SAP and other partners in a time sensitive environment.
- C4C Integration Experience with non-SAP systems is must.
- Relevant SAP Certification would be an added advantage.
- Well-versed in SAP Cloud Applications Studio to carry out custom development on SAP C4C.
- Extensive business and systems analysis skills that support applications development.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate to various levels of management as well as with internal business partners.
- Ability to work on cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead and promote change in an environment of rapidly changing technologies and business processes.
